It is our top priority to offer our family the best rate for shipping, and we do not charge anything over and above the finite cost of shipping. A flat rate will be applied to your item(s) at checkout. :)
Due to varying weight, dimensions and country stipulations, we are unable to discern ahead of time what the total cost of shipping will be for larger and international items. Therefore, each customer will be billed retroactively for any additional shipping expenses. We encourage ALL international clients to add the e-mail address, support@teamlight.com to their contacts to help avoid our e-mails from being intercepted by the Spam box.
Larger items include: Pyramid Capstones, Orgonite Poles, Lamps, Large Buddha Plates, Large Yeshua Plates.
All international orders are potentially subject to a Customs Duty or Tax imposed by their specific country. The amount will vary depending on the country you reside in and the declared value of your package. Due to the diversity of rates, this is not something that can be discerned by us ahead of time, so we encourage you to do your own bit of research on your specific country.
Yes! We are happy to help lessen the declared value of your item to the cost of “restocking” instead of the “commercial value”. However, this will have an affect on the "insured value" should anything happen to your item during transit. We found this article extremely competent in explaining some of the Duty & Tax processes- albeit for Europe specifically. Items will often arrive in recycled envelopes or boxes because we are passionate about our responsibility to take care of the planet and maintain as green a footprint as possible. Please help by recycling what you can of our shipment! :)
We will make 2 e-mail attempts to reach each client regarding any outstanding postage due on international and/or Large item shipments. (Large items are defined per product- please visit specific products for clarity). If our correspondences go unanswered after 2 weeks, it is then your duty to reach out to us via e-mail at support@teamlight.com. Your package will be maintained here until the balance due is settled. No refunds will be given for items that were ordered, and then ignored on settling up additional shipping expenses. Thank you immensely for your understanding. :)
